Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the date

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under one order and they were delivered at the same time;
on which you, or a third party indicated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered several goods under one order and they have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via e-mail: support@novellelondon.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

For compliance with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 daysof receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of paymentthat you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this refund incur any additional costs for you.

We may refuse the refund until we:

have received the returned goods, or
you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are fastly perishable or have a limited shelf life;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 daysafter the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurelyfor contracts

for the delivery of sealed goodswhich for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the delivery of goods that after delivery are inseparably mixed with other goodsdue to their nature;
for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer softwarein a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
